Bring your walking shoes, because there is no elevator at this hotel. Guests have said that there are about 15 steps between floors; nonetheless the staff are always willing to assist with helping guests to get to where they need to go.

The amenities for the bathrooms are kept at reception, so when you need things like soap or shampoo, then the staff are quite happy to assist. There are some visitors who would prefer to have the toiletries provided in the rooms.
