    The breakfast at Kilkenny Ormonde is delicious. What's more there are lots of options, including plenty for those who require their food to be gluten free.

    The location of the hotel is excellent. It is very near to the local shops, as well as pubs and places to eat out. There are a plethora of attractions in the area as well.

    The employees here are very helpful. They will do everything they can to make sure your stay is enjoyable. If you have a query with your room, they will sort it out for you. Equally, if you would like some local knowledge, then they'll willingly tell you

    You can't park for free.

    There is no parking at the hotel. There is, however, a multi-storey car park opposite, at which you can receive a special discounted rate. It still adds up though if you are there for a few days.

    The décor is a little tired and could do with a serious spruce up. It's nothing major, but the whole place just feels slightly tired and tatty in places. A lick of paint here and there wouldn't go amiss.
