The hotel is close to a major market, malls and shops making it perfect for shopping enthusiasts. Besides, its closeness to the railway and airport link comes in handy for guests travelling in and out. Several cafes, restaurants and major shops are nearby that caters to a wide variety of tastes.

The Wi-Fi signal appears somewhat weak and inconsistent as it kept cutting out most of the time. Guests have also complained about the fact that they have to keep repeating the log in process. Most of them found entering the password every now and then to be tiresome.
