From the moment you step foot onto the property, you won't be able to take ten steps without one of the hotel's facilities to tempt you. Whether it is one of the three pools, numerous bars, garden coffee shop, spa and fitness center, juice bars, or the beautiful beach, this hotel has so much to offer in so little time.

Even though you will spend most of your time on the beach or by the pool, the rooms here are clean, comfortable, and provide everything that you will need for a relaxing stay. Need a bit more? Upgrade to a room with a view of the ocean or hire a private butler!

Some guests have complained about the lack of a proper shower curtain in the bathrooms. While the water pressure is great, the water gets all over the bathroom floor and makes a bit of a mess.

While the hotel has lots of modern conveniences, the Wi-Fi connection can be a bit choppy in Jamaica. The hotel does its best, and the majority of the guests had no problem, but some guests were a bit disappointed at times with their slow Internet connection.

The seven restaurants on-site offer different types of cuisine ranging from local to pizza to sushi to fine dining. While the majority of the guests really liked the food, some guests were left wanting more local dishes rather than focusing on more international dishes.
