Izmailovo Gamma Hotel (Moscow, Russia)

Many guests have been fond of the location of this property. The hotel is just outside of Moscow's city centre and overlooks a beautiful park. The property is also right by a metro station that makes it easy to explore the rest of the city, including Red Square.

A number of guests have loved the breakfast that is served at this hotel every morning. Although this breakfast isn't included in the price of the room, guests have felt as though it provides good value because the food is excellent.

Past guests have been surprised by the quality of the Wi-Fi at this complex. Since the hotel is so large, guests have expected to have poor, laggy Wi-Fi, but have been happy to see that the internet service is actually very good.

Guests have reported that many of the staff members do not speak English and this has led to communication issues throughout their stays. Not having any way to communicate with the staff caused difficulties for guests whenever they needed anything.

There have been complaints about many of the rooms not having air conditioning or the air conditioners not working well enough. While this isn't a concern during the winter, it does cause problems during the summer months because Moscow can get hot.

Numerous guests have mentioned that it takes a long time to get checked into your room once you arrive at the hotel. This is a massive hotel and there are always people coming and going, so you should be prepared to wait in line upon arrival.
