The resort features a series of two- and three-bedroom condo-style units. Past guests have described these accommodations as spacious and ideal for families. In fact, many larger groups find accommodations to be perfectly comfortable.

Guests have been impressed with the resort's landscaped gardens, which are said to be well-maintained. The resort also features a picturesque pond which is said to be home to an alligator. Additionally, guests enjoy many of the resort facilities, including the three outdoor pools, games facilities and fitness centre.

The resort is situated about a mile from the beach. To counter this, a complimentary beach shuttle service is provided throughout the day. Guests report that this service proves very convenient, eliminating the need to drive or walk.

A number of guests have come into contact with cockroaches or palmetto bugs. Reports indicate that the resort does attempt to manage these unwanted bugs, but the tropical climate means visits from these creepy crawlies are somewhat inevitable.

Aside from BBQ grills and a poolside bar serving snacks, guests report that dining options within the resort are sparse. As a result, guests have to visit a local grocery store or supermarket for provisions or head out to one of Hilton Head Island's restaurants, arrangements that prove inconvenient for some visitors.
