InterContinental Pattaya Resort, an IHG Hotel (Pattaya, Thailand)

Guests enjoyed the fact that this hotel is outside of the commotion you'll find in the city. However, based on visitor comments, it is still not far from downtown. Furthermore, visitors mentioned that they enjoyed the hotel shuttle that takes resort guests into town. Essentially, visitors cited that the hotel is ideal to get away from it all while still being close to the action.

Visitors enjoyed the lush appearance of the property and also the overall size of the resort. They found the decor in the common areas to be rather elegant and the swimming pools are relaxing and fun. Plus, guests mentioned that the beach views are pretty fantastic from the dining establishments, which also serve some pretty wonderful dishes.

Travellers remarked that the rooms are clean and comfortable; however, the sea facing guestrooms received extra kudos for having beautiful views of Mother Nature. Plus, in addition to spacious and tidy accommodations, visitors mentioned that the guestrooms come equip with what they needed for a great stay.

Visitors remarked that this hotel has quite a few stairs when it comes to reaching the common areas, essentially because of the elevation of the hotel. While there are elevators on-site, guests remarked that you still may have to do some climbing to reach certain locations, such as the beach area.

Although lovely, visitors mentioned that they were disappointed with the man-made beach. Those looking to swim felt let down since there is no water access.
