Negative Reviews
negative:
Cleanliness isn't quite up to five star standard.
This hotel is suffering from lack of proper cleaning, with some areas of the hotel looking tatty and dirty. Housekeeping needs to make more effort when it comes to cleaning up the rooms each day.
negative:
This property is starting to feel a little dated.
The years are taking their toll on this hotel, it would have once been very attractive and the height of luxury but it's not anymore. Some regular maintenance would go a long way, but refurbishment will be needed soon.
negative:
Not exactly they best value for money.
If you want to get the best bang for your buck in Kuala Lumpur then this hotel might not be the best choice. The room rates punch a bit too high for the facilities the hotel offers, so shop around to see if you can get better value for money.
