This hotel boasts a fantastic location on Kangaroo Point, close to the city centre. There are many great restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops in the area, and there is also a couple of convenience stores close by. In addition, the hotel is close to the CityCat and City Ferry water taxis, making getting around quick and easy.

Overall, guests were quite pleased with the accommodations provided here. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-presented, with comfortable beds and plenty of amenities. Guests appreciated the quality toiletries, coffee and biscuits, all supplied free of charge. Many rooms are also said to have great views of the city, and guests who had balconies enjoyed them very much.

The staff are said to be friendly and helpful. This hotel is known for providing excellent customer service every time. Should you run into any problems or have any special requests, don't hesitate to ask - you'll find that the hotel personnel are very accommodating.

Some of the apartments only have an air conditioner in the living room, and do not have a separate air conditioner in the bedroom. During the warmer months, some guests found this a bit uncomfortable, as the room got a bit stuffy at the end of the day. An extra fan, however, can be provided upon request.

Some of the rooms are accessible by stairs only. If you have mobility issues or are planning on toting heavy luggage, make sure to ask for a ground or lift-accessible room.

Guests say there is some traffic noise during peak hours but it does quiet down by night. If you're a very early sleeper though, you may want to bring earplugs.
