Negative Reviews
negative:
Breakfast Lacking in Options and Quality
Breakfast is not included in the room rate, and according to guests is overpriced and lacks flavour. Guests say the coffee and pastries are terrible. The buffet is dull and not worth the money. You may want to explore the nearby area for better options.
negative:
Difficult to Navigate Lifts
Guests say this hotel's lift system is extremely confusing, with different lifts taking you to the car park, rooms, and the pool area. You'll want to enquire at the front desk on which lift to take to get to your room, and you may even want to have a member of the staff give you a quick tour to help lessen the confusion.
negative:
Dining Options Limited
There is no real restaurant onsite and although they do offer room service, the menu is quite small and limited, with no real main dish style meals. You'll find more appetisers, sandwiches, and salads. For a bigger meal, you'll have to explore the surrounding neighbourhood.
