When you check in at this hotel, you can count on the front desk to be swift, professional and friendly. Most guests experience an effortless check-in from the start, and feel completely at home for the duration of their vacation.

The location is right next to Interstate 90, and just west of the river, providing easy access to travelers. The gas station is nearby, and once you get there guests have described the food as wonderful. You will even find an automatic pancake machine at breakfast.

You can count on spacious, well-appointed rooms when you arrive. Most guests appreciate the kitchenette facilities, but enjoy the large hot tub and comfortable mattresses the most. The separate living areas offer enough space to relax and enjoy a good book, or just gather enough energy before a tough day of local sightseeing.

If you have a room on one of the higher floors, then you should bring your walking shoes with. Many travelers were quite frustrated with the climb up the stairs with their entire luggage in tow. Regardless, after getting relaxed and unpacked, guests said it didn't stop them from enjoying the vacation.

Noisy air-conditioning units, faulty hairdryers, and bulbs that were blown are a few of the problems reported by visitors. Nonetheless after the front desk was notified of any potential problems, they were quick to get staff to correct the issues.

Although visitors did get fresh towels every day, those rooms where there were four or five occupants complained that they were only issued with two towels at a time. You will have to request more towels from the front desk when the need arrises.
