Guests have described the condo complex as comfortable, functional and conveniently located. The shuttle service offered into the town has been found to be very helpful. Young children enjoyed skiing on the slopes that were easily accessible. There are also several shops located next door. The complex is also close to many restaurants.

Most of the guests found the upgraded condo units to be clean and functional. Beds are comfortable and towels are plentiful. The shower was found to be good, and there was plenty of water. The warm fireplace and the DVD players in the rooms, was also highly appreciated. They also found the portable humidifier to be handy.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The bench and the ski storage area in the condo were found to be invaluable for organizing the ski and snowboarding gear and boots. They also found the adequately stocked kitchen and the refrigerator to store water and beverages very convenient.

Some guests staying in the standard condo units complained about many mechanical and plumbing problems. Lack of soundproof windows caused disturbed sleep to some. Many snow cats run by the rooms late in the night, causing disturbance to light sleepers.

Some guests found the quality of the TVs and the channels aired to be disappointing.

The Wi-Fi signals were found to be weak and intermittent. Some guests found the parking fees to be very high.
