Positive Reviews
positive:
Ample free parking on-site
This is perhaps what most impressed guests about the hotel. It seems to attract a lot of motorists who find the location on a main road not too far from the motorway convenient, and really appreciate the fact that the hotel had a very large underground parking area.
positive:
Terrific city views
The hotel is in a modern high rise, and guests lucky enough to be in rooms on the higher floors spoke of spectacular views over Seville. Those facing east mentioned views of the Old City, and those facing west the beautiful sunsets.
positive:
Very good Wi-Fi
The hotel seems to have escaped the fate of most other hotels, and designed a Wi-Fi system that works well. Contrary to usual experience, guests speak about Wi-Fi actually being both available where needed, and more than fast enough for their purposes.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Very far from the Old City
This was perhaps the most commonly expressed negative sentiment. It seems to be more a business hotel than anything else. Seville's sights and the Old City are quite some distance away, and even though they could be reached by metro, tourists would have preferred a more central location.
negative:
Food was very poor
Again and again the food at the hotel came in for criticism. Breakfast is described as meagre and not very tasty, while other meals fared no better in the guest's eyes. Guests staying for some time seemed to have simply stopped eating there, opting for nearby cafes and restaurants instead.
negative:
Rooms very small
Guests were surprised that a hotel so far from the expensive centre would have rooms so small. They were clearly expecting larger rooms, and many found theirs uncomfortably small.
