Hotel Yellowtail Inn (Marathon, USA)

The Yellowtail Inn is located on a private beach. All the rooms have excellent beach and ocean views. Many tourist attractions are also nearby and easily accessible from the inn. Guests said that the inn enjoyed a convenient location.

The inn is located at a peaceful place, away from the hustle-bustle. Thus, it is an ideal place for guests who are looking for a quiet holiday with minimal things around. Staff at the inn was helpful and cordial. They were always available when the guests required assistance, plus extended excellent customer service.

There's a restaurant just next-door serving classic American food. It's easily accessible for the guests and they don't have to move around in search of food. Plus, the food served at the restaurant is quite tasty and reasonably priced.

The property is infected with lots of pests and roaches. There is even a problem of bed bugs, which makes it difficult to enjoy peaceful sleep. Overall, the property looks shabby and unclean; even the surrounding area looks filthy.

The kitchens were totally outdated and greasy. Not even the basic utensils required for regular use were available. Coffee machines also did not work properly. Guests said that it was almost impossible to practically cook a meal for oneself.

The entire property is outdated and needs complete refurbishment. The bathroom doors do not have locks. Curtains, sheets and towels have smears on them. Even the furniture is old and TVs do not function properly. Guests also said there was an awful smell all over the place.
