Most visitors noticed that fresh new  smell when they walked in to the lobby, and could tell that the furniture, fixtures, and bedroom linen was modern and in very good condition. According to several guests this is a no frills, no fuss hotel that offers good value for money.

You could be left surprised with the good, strong signal when it comes to the Wi-Fi at this hotel. Most guests expect to have connectivity issues as this is the case with so many hotel Internet services, however you can work confidently without worrying about being disconnected.

With a location right off the I-25, you will have easy access to a variety of shops, entertainment and great restaurants. The Front Range Climbing Company is less than one mile away on Windmill Avenue, and the Garden of the Gods is North on 30th Street.

Visitors were left pretty surprised by the procedure of renting out the kitchen utensils from the front desk. Make sure you are prepared with your own pots, pans and dishtowels if you are not planning to pay for their use.

You won't find a 24-hour front desk service here, and according to a number of visitors they had delays when trying to check in or check out as no one was available to assist. Make sure you make yourself familiar with the dedicated hours of service before you arrive.

There is no maid service advertised for this accommodation, and guests who were not familiar with what was included and what was not, were caught by surprise. If you need fresh linen or towels you will have to request these from reception.
