Negative Reviews
negative:
Uncomfortable beds with protruding springs
Upon entering your room, immediately check if your bed has springs coming out of the mattress, as some previous guests have this problem. Moreover, if you find your sleeping facility uncomfortable, you can asked for pillows or sheets replaced with a better one.
negative:
Rooms have thin walls
Rooms have thin walls that most of the guests are able to hear other guests' noise from neighboring rooms. Therefore, ask the front desk if they can provide you with a pair of earplugs to help you sleep.
negative:
Non-smoking room smells of smoke
Some guests who stayed on non-smoking rooms commented that they were still able to smell the strong stench of cigarette smoke. When you have the same issue, ask a housekeeper to spray deodorizer or air freshener in your room. If there's no improvement, demand a room transfer.
