Guests reported that the staff often had bad attitudes and did not seem interested in helping them. They said the front desk was often not staffed when they arrived, and that the staff were taking breaks or smoking cigarettes and would have rather continued doing that instead of helping guests. There were also instances of guests requesting more things for their rooms and the staff being unwilling to meet those needs.
