Guests reported that the location of this lodge is perfect and has a bit of everything. It is located in a quiet and relaxing area surrounded by spectacular natural beauty that includes mountains but it's close enough to the centre of town to be accessible within minutes. .

The guest rooms at Winter Park are dated and lacking with guests reporting several issues including lots of dust, tattered carpet and furnishings, old appliances, holes in walls, malfunctioning air-conditioning, uncomfortable beds and a lack of soundproofing. .

Staff members at this hotel don't seem very interested in guests or in the hotel itself and this reflects in how poorly-run it is.
