Negative Reviews
negative:
Difficult to Find
Many guests say this hotel is quite difficult to find. It sits up on a hill behind Hardees. Guests say it can be especially frustrating to search for in the dark, as it's not directly off the highway. Better signage on how and where to enter the parking lot would go a long way.
negative:
Too Much Chlorine
Guests report that the pool/hot tub has too much chlorine in it, so much so that it burns your eyes. Your eyes water just walking into the room, and you can even smell the chlorine smell in the lobby. If you and your kids plan on swimming, you may want to bring goggles.
negative:
Some Noise Issues
The air conditioning units at this hotel seem to be quite noisy. Some guests even say the units made it difficult to sleep. Bring a set of earplugs just to be safe.
