Great rate and great ratings
The affordable rate of this hotel makes this a great value when compared to other choices in the area. While the price is competitive, there is no skimping on accommodations. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-decorated and get much better ratings than other nearby hotel choices.

Many of the staff, including reception, housekeeping, and maintenance, are very pleasant and desire to solve any problem or concern that comes along. Reporting an issues can result in a quick fix for a nicer stay. Even small, or unexpected, issues are tackled to guest satisfaction.

negative:
Parking will be tricky
Parking is a bit of a challenge at this hotel. The nearby proximity to other businesses means the lot is often full and is probably a bit too small for the hotel's needs. While it is tricky to find a space, the parking is free, which isn't the case with other nearby hotels.
negative:
The little things mean a whole lot
While many staff members give amazing service, there are many others who provide little in the way of customer service or overall guest satisfaction. The hit or miss service can be the difference between a great stay, or a miserable one.
negative:
Not quite what you read about on the web
Some amenities aren't all they're supposed to be. The on-site bar frequently isn't staffed. Plus, the pool is occasionally used for community swimming lessons, making for an awkward situation for hotel guests who also want to use the facility.
