The parking staff, receptionists, and maintenance personnel of the hotel offer professional services. The front desk staffs are helpful, and they always seemed willing to help you with whatever requests or questions you might have.

You won't have problems when checking in. The friendly and efficient reception staff will give you a warm welcome and will help you in any way they could.

Shopping centers and souvenir shops are just within walking distance away from the hotel. If you want to try other meals that are not available at the hotel, restaurants and bars are also frequent in the town center.

The rooms have poor soundproofing. You could hear the conversations of other guests from the room beside yours. The walls are thin, so you might be able to hear footsteps from the people walking on the hallway. Moreover, walls are creaking as well. Ask for a room replacement if you find it difficult to sleep.

Bedsprings could be felt through the mattress, while the pillows are like just cut-up pieces of firm foam. Some beds and pillows however, are too soft and lumpy. However, you can ask the staff to have the mattress and pillows changed.

Shower curtains do not reach the top of the tub, so the bathroom floor was all wet because the shower curtain was too short. The toilet paper was very thin you could clearly see your hands through it. Moreover, the showerheads could also be dirty and rusty. When you experience this problem though, be sure to ring the staff and have the place fixed.
