At the Ramada Canton, you are sure to meet up with the housekeeping staff. The services they provide are outstanding and they serve with a smile. They are a great representation for the hotel.

For guests who are in town for some history, the hotel is a convenient drive from the Football Hall of Fame, and McKinley's Memorial and Library. After a day of seeing the sights, guests will appreciate the quick drove back to the Ramada Canton.

While staff was very helpful, there was not enough staff members on duty to meet the needs of guests in a timely manner. When guests arrived to the hotel there was only one clerk working the front desk. This caused quite a back-up and made the check-in time very slow.

Although the hotel rooms are spacious, the private bathrooms featured at this hotel are limited in space. Even with just one guest in the bathroom area, the room had a claustrophobic feel it.

Travelers who relied on the hotel's Wi-Fi for business activities and those who were just streaming the web, were very disappointed with the connection speed of Ramada Canton's Wi-Fi. The signal was very intermittent and was extremely frustrating.
