Hotel Windsor Palms (Kissimmee, USA)

Most guests loved the close proximity of the theme parks that make up Walt Disney World. Kissimmee is a short drive away, offering shopping, supermarkets and restaurants. Other big attractions in Orlando like Universal Studios or Seaworld can be reached in a short twenty minute drive.

Many guests describe the whole resort as rather quiet and calm. The spacious condos offer many amenities, like a full kitchen and modern electronics. The Wi-Fi worked well for most. Guests also enjoyed the use of the Clubhouse, pool area and movie theater included with their stay.

Guests liked that this community offers only gated access, making it safe to park your car and not have to worry about unsavory characters that might explore hotel grounds.

Guests expected there to be more service included in the condo rental. But necessities like toilet paper or trash bags have to be bought by the guests themselves. Towels are only replaced weekly. Vacation rentals often do not offer the same services a hotel does.

Some guests had encounters with staff that they described as rude or not helpful, with most customers describing customer service as average.

Depending what condo guests rented they felt that some of them could surely do with some updates. Another common complaint was the lack of cleanliness in the condos.
