Guests loved the walking distance of the hotel from the beach. The water is very invigorating. The property also provides umbrellas, which are very useful since Rio de Janeiro could be very hot at times. In addition, the hotel is ideal for those who wanted to explore both Ipanema and Copacabana.

A lot of guests said that the beds were big enough for them. The mattresses were just right. Some guests even said that it was so easy for them to fall asleep. The pillows were fluffy too. Moreover, the sheets were regularly replaced.

Windsor Martinique's guests were amazed at how friendly and respectful the staff was. The employees speak English properly too, so they handle certain issues well. Moreover, staffs do not hesitate to go the extra mile to help the guests.

There were towels given to the guests upon arrival. They were clean and smelled good. However, they were not replaced. A few guests who asked for extra towels did not get any. Thus, you better bring your own towels for maximum comfort.

The big air conditioner fans outside the rooms cause some noise that disturbed some guests. This went on from day until night. Thus, you are advised to choose a room on the seventh floor where the noise can be negligible and close the windows.

The elevators are not that big but they all work well and are very clean. Guests who had many bags were a bit bothered at first. Good thing the staff was always willing to assist the guests in transferring their bags.
