Hotel Willow Brook Lodge (Pigeon Forge, USA)

There were a number of positive comments related to the fact that the hotel is a family-friendly property. People especially enjoyed the nice pool area, complete with waterslide, which kept children in tow busy.

There were also some favourable comments related to the complimentary breakfast. If getting out and about is important to you, you will be happy to know that people also enjoyed the fact that the property is situated in a central location, with a lot to do within walking distance from the hotel.

Guests said that staff members were very welcoming and friendly during the course of their stays. It was also mentioned that the cost of a night's stay is affordable.

There were some negative remarks about the bed mattresses being a bit uncomfortable and hard for some tastes. Some people also said the bedding itself could use improvement.
