Positive Reviews
positive:
Refreshingly Close to the Beach
The guest house is close to the beach and the boardwalk block, which is the ocean side of Baltimore Avenue. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the vicinity as well. If you are only looking for a reasonable place to lay your head for a night or two, this place will probably suit your needs.
positive:
Beyond the Call of Duty
Staff at the facility are friendly and attentive. They really take the time to answer questions and get things done. For example, if they see you stressed out about an issue a staff member will politely offer suggestions to rectify the matter, all without asking. The personnel also provides good dining suggestions.
positive:
Rooms Are Straightforward Spacious and Clean
Rooms are spacious and clean with a decent bathroom. Furnishings are reasonably comfortable, so you should have no problem with a good night's sleep.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Lack of Amenities and Other Necessities
The amenities at the guest house, like the microwave in the lobby, must be shared. Don't expect a workout or breakfast room. A place to set your luggage in the room would be helpful. In addition, there is no counter space in the bathroom.
negative:
Parking Is Tight and Additional Hazards
Parking spaces are cramped and difficult to find. If you find a space and leave it only for a few minutes, you can expect it to disappear quickly! There is no lift, so you have to walk up a set of shaky stairs. The doors are not secure either.
negative:
Don't Expect Uninterrupted Bliss
The walls are thin and you can hear everything. What's more, you will have to pay a hefty deposit if you are of a certain age and the slightest crumb on the floor can cost you plenty for cleaning.
