Guests criticized the bathroom finding it dirty, mouldy, outdated and run down. The toilet would not flush properly, the drawers were too dirty for their clothes to be put there. The stove barely worked, there was only hot water in the shower and the sink would block up. Several guests reported that the hallways smelled of urine. The furniture is old and there is absolutely no Wi-Fi. .

The rooms were not properly cleaned, broken glass was found in the bed and on the floor, and the room smelled of stale beer and worse. Several guest made mention of cockroaches and bedbugs.
