Hotel Voramar (Benicàssim, Spain)

Guests love that the Voramar Benicàssim hotel is right on the beach in Benicasim, Spain. They like the old fashioned charming style the hotel exudes and love sitting on the shaded areas overlooking the beach. Guests say that the experience of walking down the beach in Benicasim is like going back in time for them.

Guests enjoy the peace and quiet in their comfortable rooms. They say there is nothing better than to lie on the hammock in the balcony of their sea facing rooms and listening to the sound of waves.

Guests say that the staff at the hotel are lovely and go out of their way to help and assist them. They appreciate the food including the tapas and meals, which they say is great both in the restaurant and bar. They also enjoy the sea views while dining. Guests comment that the lovely and peaceful spot of the hotel, the value for money they get and the whole experience makes them want to re-visit.

Guests travelling with dogs say that although the hotel is dog friendly, they are not particularly welcomed. They are not allowed in the restaurant and bar and also in some parts of the beach.

Some guests say that the hot water is supplied in the rooms only in the evenings. This is highly inconvenient in winter months. The shower curtain keeps sticking to the back as the shower is centrally located.

The rooms are slightly dated and desperately in need of fresh paint. Rooms are dusty as well and not cleaned after the previous occupants checked out.  Guests find them noisy too with sounds from neighbouring rooms heard even late in the nights.
