It is right next to Kala Academy which is convenient for guests attending an event. Several guests visiting Goa on business say that it is the perfect place for them to stay.

Guests talk highly about the staff at the hotel; the shuttle drivers are courteous, the pool attendants are attentive and the cleaning staff is excellent. Guests say all the members are very cordial. The staff at the reception attends kindly to guests' requests like organizing vehicle rental for them and facilitating speedy Check-in and Check-out procedures.

Guests love the rooms of the hotel as they are spacious with extremely comfortable beds and spectacular canal views. They are maintained well and guests say that the cleaning staff turn down the rooms and replenish the consumables every time they leave the rooms. Guests especially are impressed by the bathrooms, which they say merits the five-star rating of the hotel.

Guests find it surprising that breakfast is not complimentary. They say it is also highly priced. The restaurant has limited seats as well as limited options on the menu.

Though guests say the bathrooms are of a high standard, they say that they need extractor fans as the bathroom gets steamy without one. Also many guests miss a balcony in the room.

The Wi-Fi connection is poor in the hotel. While some guests say they could not connect to Wi-Fi in their rooms, some say that they could not connect more than two devices.
