well-appointed, warm and comfortable. The air conditioners worked well and made
no noise. Guests mentioned that the shower in the bathrooms were excellent with
strong water pressure.

Visalia. The property is within walking distance to many good restaurants,
shopping and nightlife. The abundant vegetation around brought a cooling
effect. The pool was clean and plenty of towels were available. Guests loved
the fitness center with all modern equipment in working condition.

Many issues in the rooms
Many guests were of the view that all rooms required a revamp. They found the carpets to be dirty. Some guests found random junk underneath the bed. They felt that the management should reprimand the housekeeping staff. The bed linen was found to be stained. Absence of dustbins in the rooms irked some guests. In many rooms the TV remote was not working. Guests staying on the second floor overlooking the lobby found it disturbing, as the restaurant remained open till late in the night.

Guests noted that the housekeeping staff is absent on Sundays. Some guests urge the hotel management to train the staff in customer service. It was found that many a time they knocked on the door in spite of the DND sign.
