Guests speak well of the excellent quality of the rooms, which are also newly furnished and include private balcony and large television. The rooms are spacious for three adults, and the great interior are definitely amazing according to guests.

The hotel boasts two swimming pools! The pools were perfect for night swimming, especially for guests who had a long day and just wanted to take a quick dip. The pool area was also well-kept.

Since the property's location is just right off a major road, it is very convenient and practical for the guests. Jomtien Beach and night market are just a short walking distance away, while 7-Eleven Shop and a German bakeshop are next door. Furthermore, guests can easily travel within the area by renting a “tuktuk” or motorbikes.

Most of the negative reviews are centred on the loud traffic noise coming from different vehicles passing along the main road. There is also a U-turn slot on the highway so guests can hear loud screeching of tyres and honking of horns, especially during wee hours.

There was no available lift provided on-site so guests had difficulty climbing the stairs while carrying their luggage or suitcases. This was not suited for elderly individuals or those who were physically challenged. Thus, guests are advised to requests for rooms within the ground floor area for convenience.

Aside from the mouldy and leaky shower area, most guests also had issues with the lack of available water coming from the shower heads especially in the morning. A number of guests experienced not just low water pressure but zero water at all!
