The 15 newly-renovated 4-star luxury apartments Villa Les Palmes are ideally located only 500 metres from Cannes city centre, 200 metres from the beach and 500 metres from the festival grounds. The modern apartments range from 20 to 60 square metres and are all equipped with balcony or terrace, bathroom, shower or bathtub, WC, hairdryer, heating, air-conditioning, satellite TV, kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator with icebox, dishes, cutlery), washing machine and free wifi Internet access. For 1 or 2 persons one-room apartments are assigned, for 3 or 4 persons two-room apartments and for 5 or 6 persons three-room apartments. The Villa Les Palmes is not just a place to sleep in, but one where you will feel perfectly at home right from the beginning. Garage is available for a surcharge upon prior reservation. Baby beds are available for a fee upon prior reservation. Tourist tax is not included in the rate. Check-in is between 16 and 19 o'clock. If you plan to arrive earlier or later please contact the property a few days prior to arrival. Cleaning of the apartments is carried out once a week including change of towels and linen. Upon reservation a deposit payment of 30% of the total amount will be charged on your credit card. It will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled not less than 30 days prior to arrival.
