Hotel Villa Italia (Puerto de Andraitx, Spain)

Guests loved the amenities provided in the hotel so much so that they felt that it was an absolute value for money they paid. They loved waking up to the lovely sea views offered right through the balcony. The terrace was elevated with folding glass doors making it the right place to eat, drink and relax. The location was ideal as the hotel was only a few minutes away from the marina, the promenade and centre of the town.

Spa facilities like sauna, steam and massages proved to be an added attraction for the guests. Guests tried hiking and diving among other activities like golf. They could rent a bicycle and go for a ride. Permission to keep the pets came as a huge relief for guests who were travelling along with their pets.

Food served at the onsite Mediterranean restaurant was fabulous as per most of the guests. They served three course meals that included fresh tomato soup, beef, Yorkshire pudding and spongy apple pie with ice cream. Live music show was a mix of instrumental and vocals along with many popular songs. The service was also very organised and quick.

Many guests were disappointed with the fact that there was no private parking provided by the hotel. They had to park on the roadside across the hotel entrance.

Few guests felt that it would have been far more convenient if the rooms had tea/coffee making equipments.

The absence of an elevator made it difficult for some of the guests to reach their rooms from the reception. Climbing a flight of stairs was tiresome for elderly guests and young kids.
