Hotel Villa Fontaine Tokyo-Kayabacho (Tokyo, Japan)

Guests liked the location of this hotel in the city of Tokyo. Not only do you have many big attractions in walking distance for it, but there is a subway station five minutes away from the hotel which guests used to explore other parts of Tokyo. A convenience store is right around the corner, making it easy to get things you need. The neighbourhood also has plenty of cafes and restaurants to offer.

Many guests felt they received a good value for their money. The rooms are small, as many in Tokyo, but spotlessly clean and well appointed. The Wi-Fi is fast and worked well for guests.The bathrooms are a highlight for many, with a Japanese high-tech toilet and a tub.

Guests described the staff as very polite, friendly and helpful. They can explain the area to you or the Tokyo transit. Some guests mentioned that the staff does not always speak a lot of English, but they figured out a workaround with a translation app on their phone.

Guests who had a room on the street side consistently complained about street noise. If you are sensitive to this, it might be a good idea to have earplugs with you or request a room to the other side of the hotel.

Guests found the breakfast missing some variety or rotation of items, especially if they stayed more than one night as it was the same every day. There are cafes and a Starbucks not too far from the hotel if you want to try something else.
