Hotel Villa Edy Apartments (Tremezzo, Italy)

The hotel is located in a peaceful village of Tremezzo that has recently been awarded as one of the most beautiful villages of Italy. The coast of Lake Como right across is an added attraction loved by all the guests. Rooms give a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and lake. It gave the old time feel with the rooster roosting early morning and looking at the sunrise.

Guests loved the efficient and professional services offered by the hotel staff. They went out of their way to help the guests in any every way they could. Staff volunteered to share useful information on things like free maps, ferry pick up points and nearby restaurants.

Guests were pleased to find that the rooms were clean and well-maintained.  The housekeeping staff came in every morning and changed the towels too. Wi-Fi connection is good throughout the hotel and even in the rooms, which was loved by the guests.

Rooms were very sultry and hot due to the absence of air conditioners. Though they were fitted with fans, these were not enough to cool the room.

Few guests felt that the bathrooms needed an update as the shower was in the bath which was very inconvenient for someone who had difficulty in getting in and out of the bath.

Some of the guests were tired after the uphill walk to the hotel. This was more difficult for aged guests and small kids.
