Viewfield House is a privately owned family run country house hotel in Portree on the Isle of Skye. It stands in 20 acres of gardens and woodland and the building itself dates back over two centuries. The property features 11 bedrooms, 11 of which are en suite with a bathtub and shower and the other room has its own private bathroom adjacent. All of the rooms have a TV with satellite channels, writing desk, central heating, tea and coffee making facilities and a radio. Wireless internet is available for those guests that bring their own laptop and there is a work desk. Baby cribs can be provided on request. Facilities at the Viewfield House include a bar, car park and a reading read that has retained its original Victorian charm.
