Hotel Victoria (Cagliari, Italy)

Parking in the city is very difficult and not cheap to find, so for guests who arrived in a car, it was a nice amenity to have complimentary parking. Even if it's limited, it is still a nice addition to a stay and was one less headache to worry about.

The hotel's location is said to be convenient since it is a short walking distance from a tram and the bus station. It is also a short distance from the city centre and various supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Guests were not left wondering where they had to go.

The family and staff are said to be very welcoming to most guests who truly felt at home. It was nice to be treated like an individual and human being, instead of just a number or stranger. They were able to arrange transport to airport and train station, and even helped out with small details that went beyond a hotel.

For a bed and breakfast, some guests were expecting to find a little more variety or more effort put into the quality of the items. More items or good quality would have been appreciated.

Some guests were left wondering at the B&B setting, since it was in an apartment building but the owners also live there. For some guests, they thought there would be a reception of some sort but not such a personal gathering.

The shared bathroom was not a good quality of the bed and breakfast for some guests who would have liked at least a couple more shared bathrooms or private bathrooms. The bathroom was a little too shared and some guests would have liked more privacy.
