Hotel Victor (Rome, Italy)

Guests who did not have their vehicle were relieved to find the free shuttle services to the nearest metro stations of Arco di Travertino and Colli Albani. There is also an airport shuttle, which can be availed for a fee. The hotel staff was very courteous and always ready to lend a helping hand in case of any concern that the guests had. Majority of them spoke good English, which helped in easy conversations and better understanding.

Most of the guests were very happy with the spacious and clean rooms.  Beds were comfortable. Guests were more than happy to see all the amenities that guaranteed a comfortable stay.

The breakfast spread that included fresh juices, coffee, pastries, yoghurt, cereals, cheese, hot chocolate and cold meats were much appreciated by the guests. Having their pets along with them also came as a huge relief for many guests.

Many guests were disappointed with that fact that the hotel is quite far away (almost an hour's drive) from the city.  It gets even more difficult to get back to the hotel late at night.

The walls of the rooms were very thin. Guests could hear other people talking, opening/closing the doors and walking around. These sounds, especially early in the morning, disturbed the guests and deprived them of a good sleep.

Few guests were disappointed with the erratic and slow Internet connection. The Wi-Fi connection did not become better even after changing the rooms.
