About Venice Maggior Consiglio
The family-run Hotel Dolomiti offers practical and modern accommodation, just under a five-minute walk from Venice’s Santa Lucia railway station.
The 32 en-suite bedrooms are simple in design but have a fresh and modern feel thanks to parquet floors and wooden furniture. Most rooms have air conditioning too, as well as flat-screen televisions with satellite channels, and a desk.
Hotel Dolomiti offers high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the establishment and a safe behind the 24-hour reception. Guests can also mingle in the TV lounge.
A buffet breakfast is served each morning, whilst the traditional Osteria al Cicheto, about 200 metres away, offers a range of authentic gastronomical treats.
The big name attractions of Italy's most romantic city, such as the Piazzo San Marco, Bridge of Sighs, and Rialto Bridge are all withing two-and-a-half kilometres from the property and can be reached by walking or combining it also with Venice’s waterbus – the Vaporetto.
