Positive Reviews
positive:
Clean and comfortable.
Studio guest rooms are spacious and feature comfortable bedding. The layout allows you to have separate living and dining areas, which is ideal if you are staying here for an extended time -- rooms are well-maintained between guests.
positive:
Convenient location.
The property is far enough away from the interstate and city to be quiet and relaxing, but is still very accessible and convenient to roadways, shops and dining. If you like more of a suburban atmosphere and staying at a hotel, this property is ideal.
positive:
Professional staff.
The hotel management and desk staff is very friendly and welcoming during your stay. This creates a pleasant environment, especially if you need to stay here for an extended time. If you want recommendations or suggestions, ask the front desk staff and they will be happy to help.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Additional purchases needed.
While in-room kitchens are very convenient, they lack much of the cookware and utensils you need to make use of them. This means you will need to purchase the dish pack that is provided at the property -- the additional cost could be inconvenient for some guests.
negative:
Thin walls.
If you are sensitive to noise, the thin wall and ceiling construction of the property could increase the chances of you hearing your neighbours even if they aren't being particularly loud. Be sure to request a room on an outside corner if you don't want to be between guest rooms.
negative:
Limited room amenities.
The room amenities are very basic and don't include some of the features found in most hotel rooms including an iron or ironing board or coffee maker -- if you require some of these amenities you will need to bring them yourself or choose a different property.
