Aside from the huge size of the rooms, most guests were delighted with the overall quality of the rooms. They were fully equipped with stoves, full-size fridge, air-conditioning system, television, and kitchen area, which were all perfect for families who were planning to stay long term.

The rooms provide a kitchen area for guests who want to cook and prepare their own food. Guests were able to maximise their stay by using this facility with a dish pack offer that includes cookware and utensils with an added cost such as plates, coffee maker, toasters, and stove.

Previous guests appreciated the accommodating and friendly assistance of the staff. They have been very helpful and efficient with the check-in and checkout process especially with their special requests and room requirements. As a result, guests were able to have a pleasant experience.

There were reports of loud noise coming from loud chatting of people at the other rooms and slamming of doors from neighbours. Moreover, due to kids running within the hallway and going up and down the stairs, previous guests had difficulty getting some proper sleep.

Aside from the small size of the beds, guests had issues with the hard and firm texture of the mattresses for they experienced back and shoulder pains. They also had issues with unclean linens and presence of bed bugs, which resulted to allergies.

The smell of smoke or illegal activities was very strong within the rooms and even the hallway area according to most guests. The pungent odour was present even inside non-smoking rooms, which was not safe for guests with illnesses or families with kids.
