All guests complained of stinky smell in the rooms. The carpets, the bedding, the drapes, the chairs and the walls were very unclean. One guest described the bedding to be as thin as a pancake. There were bed bugs and most guests spent sleepless nights.

Guests complained that there was dampness and mildew everywhere in the bathrooms. One guest complained that the floor of the bathtub sloped in the direction opposite to the drain. They also noted the absence of toilet paper and wash basin in the bathrooms. In some rooms the bathroom doors were missing. Some even complained of discolored water in the taps. Many guests want the health department to intervene and close down this motel for good.

Guests were not at all happy with the complimentary breakfast, which only consisted of some pre-packaged cinnamon rolls, tasteless coffee and queer looking orange juice. Plates and napkins were also missing. Guests noted that the front desk staff wore the same clothes as the previous day. They behaved impolitely and provided no assistance to the guests. When a guest requested for help as his front door would not open, the manager refused to come down and assist. The Wi-Fi in the rooms as well as in the common areas did not work most of the time, or was very slow.
