Uncleanly Conundrum.
Accompanying those aforementioned suggestions for refurbishment, residents have also borne complaints over Valley Inn's standard of cleanliness. Although well-appointed and chock-full of convenient features, the bedrooms are reported to contain stained bedding, poorly vacuumed carpets, as well as dust accumulation. Grime in the grouting of showers has also given way to discontent.
negative:
Poor Internet Reception.
Visitors of Valley Inn may experience poor Wi-Fi connectivity. Although slightly sounder in the lobby, gaining access from the bedrooms is near-to-impossible.
negative:
Dated Conditions.
The condition of certain facilities at Valley Inn & Conference Center have sat at the root of discontent for those previously visiting. In addition to frayed curtains and threaded carpets, guests may find themselves at odds with inoperable televisions, broken drawer knobs, and cracked tub lining. Some visitors have also reported roaches to scurry about during the night.
