Guests were clearly very satisfied with the service they received from the agency. Again and again they would say just how helpful everyone at the office was when assisting them with checking in/out and answering queries, sometime mentioning individual staff members by name.
Several guests appreciated the wide variety of accommodation available through the agency. Some mentioned that they booked here whenever they were in town and could find a suitable property whatever their requirements for a particular stay.
The best thing about the agency and the properties they manage was very indirect. Guest after guest mentioned, in effect, that they were long term clients and booked here year after year. Considering the large umber of properties that this agency manages, it seems that some guests were not 100% sure of the precise location of the property they were booking at the time they booked.
