Upon arrival, guests are greeted by smiling and friendly reception staff who go above and beyond to ensure a quick and easy check-in. They ask lots of questions and provide answers to anything guests want to know and nothing is ever too much for them when it comes to the comfort of guests.

There is a lot of Noise Around the Hotel.
Guests reported that the area in and around the hotel tends to get noisy and this affect sleep quality. The noise comes from several sources including loud cleaning staff who start working very early in the morning, conversations in other rooms due to a lack of soundproofing and other guests partying around the hotel late at night.

Breakfast at San Sebastian is a complicated affair with staff running around like they don't know what they are doing, guests not knowing where to go and long waits to be seated.
