Guests felt that they got what they paid for. Rooms were well taken care of, with excellent air-conditioning, comfortable beds, and bathrooms that offered a good shower. If you need an affordable, no-frills place to stay, this could be what you are looking for.

Guests said that it was a great group of people who were employed here, and despite some hassles for those who didn't  speak Spanish, most were impressed with the customer service that they received. Making phone calls, printing boarding passes and giving directions were just a few of the extra things that staff gladly did with a smile.

When you're in a new city, it's nice to know that you don't have to walk far to find what you need. A 24-hour supermarket, shops and restaurants are all in close proximity until you get your bearings and feel like exploring.

While the location was great, it was initially hard for many guests to find. Even taxi drivers struggled to find the address, and with not much indicating the hotel name, guests listed this as the number one thing that they disliked about their stay.

Guests described rooms as cramped on several occasions. Some were also wishing for a window, and the lack of sunlight made some rooms feel smaller than they really were.

Some guests were left unimpressed with the meagre breakfast offerings that were served in a tight space. If you just need a quick bite to eat, this should do the job, but if you are looking for something more substantial, you might want to skip breakfast.
