He will delight you with friendly conversation, offer suggestions for good food, advise you about where to go sightseeing, and the best way to get there. Don't be surprised if you get an offer to hang-out as well. He's just an overall decent person who places respect and courtesy in high esteem. Your comfort is his priority.

The breakfast offered at the B&B will get you started in the morning. The usual continental breakfast includes cereal, fruit, toast, milk, coffee, and other titbits, will give you enough get-up-and-go for the exciting day ahead of you in New York City.

The B&B is in a fantastic location and if you don't mind hitting the pavement, there are many well-known attractions within walking distance. There is a subway nearby that will have you in Midtown Manhattan in no time. Plenty of cafés are around the area and you can't beat the price!

You may feel a bit insecure in the B&B area at times. Late night walks is probably not a very good idea.

The area can get noisy with heavy traffic at times. During the night-time, you will hear the usual street noise. There's no elevator either and it's a third floor walk-up!
