Hotel Twins Inn & Apartments (Treasure Island, USA)

Guests enjoyed the location right at the white sand beach making it easy to enjoy water activities of all kind. Guests also loved the short walking distance to St. Johns pier, restaurants and a supermarket. You can leave your car in the parking lot and explore the beautiful area on foot.

Guests liked the individually decorated rooms which reflect a beach theme. They described the air conditioning as very efficient, the beds as comfortable and the units spacious and clean. Having a kitchen added value to their stay. Guests especially loved rooms with a view, as they also provide a private balcony.

Customer service at this hotel has been a great experience for guests. They felt well taken care of and enjoyed friendly and professional service. They could also rely on the staff to provide directions and recommendations for activities and restaurants.

Guests often heard noise from other rooms and felt the walls were a bit thin. The rooms facing the highway might also get some traffic noise as they do not have soundproofing.

While some guests had speedy and reliable Wi-Fi access others had more trouble to get on the network. It seems this is an issue in the road facing rooms more than in the ones that face the sea side.

The hotel might have seen better days and some of the areas and rooms could do with some new furniture or paint. Guests describe the hotel as basic and not fancy.
