Most of the previous guests generally enjoyed the quality of the rooms- pretty basic yet comfortable. There is also a nice shower area and the smell is quite good for a smoke free room. The room is also equipped with all the necessary amenities such as television with cable.

Guests are impressed with the size and well-maintained pool area! The size is sufficient to the number of guests and offers relaxing experience for those who want to take a quick break out of the hustles and bustles of the city.

Most of the positive reviews were from guests who were pleased with the hotel’s location. The property is only a short walking distance from the beach and shopping malls. It also offers easy access to major establishments such as restaurants, shops, and other tourists’ destination within Biloxi area.

Most guests expressed their disappointment with the poor breakfast selection in terms of quality and quantity. Guests were appalled with low quality food such as sausages that were uncooked most of the time and coffee that did not taste well.

Mattresses have poor quality according to most guests- having firm and hard texture! They were pretty hard and uncomfortable so it was hard for the guests to get a decent sleep. Furthermore, it is too stiff that it is not advisable for those who have back problems.

Guests were incredibly dismayed with the unprofessional attitude and unwilling service rendered by the staff. They did not show some respect for guests especially those who were having some issues, and were not efficient enough with the check-in and checkout process.
