Your condo will have great kitchen facilities and is well stocked with everything you need to put a great meal together. Utensils like multi-sized pots and pans, flatware, and a crock pot are provided. There are plenty of BBQ grills supplied if you plan on cooking outside. The condo set-up is great for families too.
If you are driving south to Durango or north to Silverton, you will be amazed at the picturesque views. The facility itself is also filled with interesting wildlife.
You may encounter musty smells and outdated furnishings in your unit. Mattresses are uncomfortable because they are too old, furnishings are on their last leg, materials are ripped, and wallpaper is peeling.
Though there are plenty of activities provided, they are a bit expensive. These costs can really add up if you have family with you. What's more, the activities like the Alpine slide only last a few minutes. It makes you feel that you have been somewhat cheated.
The resort personnel have an on-and-off approach to customer service. You may find that at times they will be friendly and helpful, and at other times impolite and inattentive.
